I bought the Morrisons Soave, it was easily emptied at the BBQ and it appeared to go down well. I had a glass, the best i can say is- it offered no faults or surprises.
If it was served well-chilled in a pub, you'd have no complaint.
I did buy something else..... my daughter is now 18yo and her gaggle of scruffy friends like a cider. I stuck a couple of Country Manor Med Dry Perry in the fridge, £5.75 for 3ltr (boxed), cant grumble at that
Gotta say, it was rather nice, if you dont think of it as wine, which of course its not. Fresh, flat cider*, best served as cold as you can, roughly 7% alc.
Ebenezer would approve.
*Not cider, Perry.
