Subdued and dull wine with just a hint of Marlborough flavours and a big dollop of custard. Unoaked but rich and a bit hard work.

Total lack of tartness might suit some but for me it's in the bin with the private bin

Interestingly, I tried the two VM Pinots Noir on Wed/Thurs and they were safe and not very inspiring. Not bad, but nothing to consider buying.

Quiet day on the forum.

This was my "reward" after a hard day in Wild and Wooly Wiltshire. SUCH a disappointment. Watery look, watery nose and watery taste. Now being chilled, may improve.

OK, this has improved with each reduction in temperature. Finally quite acceptable at £6 but that's it. Much better out there, and at full price this is a nonsense.

Yes, I'm shattered, yes, I'm tursty but this seems to have improved somewhat. Top shelf it's not, but a good £6 worth.
