Well, it's Chenin fersherr, but it doesn't want to take charge. Sorry Dunc but the peardrops are here again along with some grass and stale tea-towel. If there is nowt better on offer then this will do, but it is a wee bit flabby unless quite cold when it has an acid bite.

Not that it has gone sherry like but the only tasting note I can give is dry white wine
No real pear drop detected that is usually present in CB, infact no real definitive fruit flavours at all (the oak is slightly detectable)

Tasted blind I wouldn't have a chance at telling you what this is

2 bottles of 09 to try sometime - sooner rather than later going by this.
