best to put it in offers quaffed section (soz for the dup)

This is what I'd class as my type of SB.

served at cellar temp as stuck in fridge for just 5 mins before tasting so may see if differs when colder

Nose has some tomato leaf, some tropical fruit tones and an almost buttery scent as if it has seen a small amt of oak

Palete clean and crisp with fresh gooseberry moving to passion fruit and may be convincing myself that the butter on the nose is on the finish too.

Day 2 in the big brother house......

This is a completely different wine today ! Blackcurrant, blackcurrant, blackcurrent.
Not in a ribena way tho. Nice sharp bite to this today, yesterday's sweetness has dispersed.


Altho this is completely different I'm still really likeing it

[edit] Guess blackcurrannt leaf would be the proper descriptor. Altho can't say I've really smelled a blackcurrant leaf before so am only guessing this is what they would smell like
