50% Tempranillo, 50% Garnacha. Low-yielding bush-pruned vines grown on ferrous clay and gravel. Harvested September. Traditional vinification at 26-30°C. 10 days' post-fermentation maceration. Small proportion of the blend matured in French and American oak barrels for 3 months. Winemaker Norrel Robertson MW. Purple. Very richly frfuity on the nose. Young, hot and darkly fruity.
