60% Carignan, 30% Grenache and 10 % Merlot. Vineyards are located near the villages of Cruzy and Argeliers on south-facing terraced slopes between Carcassonne and Béziers. 2005 was an exceptional vintage in the Languedoc with very low yields. 50% of the grapes underwent a thermo-vinification, the other 50% a traditional fermentation in tank. 2 week maceration. Unoaked and bottled Feb 2008. Winemaker Xavier Roger.

Very light bottle. Light and fruity wine. No more.
Alc 12%, TA 3.4g/l, pH 3.50, RS 4.0g/l.
