Produced by WINEGROWERS OF ARA, from 100% SAUVIGNON BLANC
The grapes were crushed, cold settled, racked to a long ferment at 12-14 degrees. Racked and fined immediately after ferment. No malolactic fermentation.

Catty, rather astringent smell. Light, freagrant and like unripe gooseberry. Not unpleasant.
