Made for M&S by Pierre Vidal. Celliers des Dauphins, from 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah.


Combination of vineyards located on both the chalky/clay soils of the alluvial plain and the stony hillsides of the Rhône Valley. Harvested mechanically (80%) and manually (20%) at yields of 45hl/ha. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C for two to three weeks.

Dry cherry smell. Dry and with a hint of aniseed to the cranberry/redcurrant taste. Fresh and light.
