In the middle of the Fleurieu Penninsula, the vineyard experiences weather from the gulf and ocean giving unique conditions. Cool fermentation over approximately 10 days. Protein fined, cold stabilised and earth filtered.

Strikingly un-catty considering the name. There’s something there, but it’s not strong. Ripe and bordering on the flabby taste. Not my thing and a tenner is too much.
