Made for M&S by Alain Pailley, SA Maison Alexandre Bonnet from 100% Pinot Noir.
A blend of 89% white with 11% red wine from the Pinot Noir grape. The base wine is predominantly from the 2004 vintage; it is bottled in February and left on the lees for two and a half years. The strata of limestone that passes through Les Riceys is the same as that which passes through Chablis.
Dosage :12.5g/l

Very pale salmon colour. Light on the aroma. Tasty, with a lot of interest. Alive.
