Made for M&S by Herbert Beaufort from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay.
Due to the location in Bouzy, the production is Pinot Noir orientated. No malolactic fermentation. 10g/l dosage and ageing for 24-30 months. Base: 2004
Disgorgement Date: October 2007 Dosage: 9g/l.

Smells almost oaky. Quite a creamy and vanilla aroma – very inviting. A lot of taste and very appealing. Worth spending the extra few quid. 19/09/08
