53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Shiraz. A multi regional blend of Langhorne Creek, Bordertown and Padthaway. Aged in American Oak of which 20-30% is new as well as 1 year old barriques which have been used from the previous vintage of Grange - thus the wine being affectionately referred to as 'Baby Grange'. Black. Lifted, fragrant, beautiful Cabernet aromas - all dark chocolate and cassis. It's really very rich and lovely but I wouldn't want half a bottle. Split between 4, in large glasses, it would be a treat, but more than that would be too much.
