Made for M&S by Patrick Azcue, Plaimont from 65% Gros Manseng, 20% Petit Courbu and 15% Arrufiac. Manual picking at dawn to maximise freshness. Although unoaked, this smells a little of vanilla. Alive and fresh – good dinner party wine. Strong flavour but wouldn’t fight with the food. 13%
