Made for M&S by Jean-Pierre Vincent, Centre Vinicole-champagne Nicolas Feuillatte from 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier The juice is settled for two days and then fermented at 18°C. 50% of the wine then goes through malolactic fermentation before being bottled. It spends a minimum of two years on its lees before disgorgement Dosage: 10g/l. 500 stores Riper than the Oudinot with a more creamy, vanilla aroma. Full, tasting and long-lasting. Good 12%
