Made for Tesco by Australian Vintage Ltd. 6.5 grams/litre residual sugar. The Finest Estate Reserve wines provide the best selection of wines that designate true regional characters. The Hunter Valley area of New South Wales is well known for its Semillon and this wine shows the true varietal character from that region. The fruit is generally sourced from the northern part of the Hunter Valley where the company owned Denman vineyards are located.

Lime pith and candle wax on the nose, as expected. Dry, limey and very full flavoured. Lasts well and can only improve in bottle. 10.5%

TESCO DON'T GIVE VINTAGES ON THE WINES ON OFFER. HOWEVER, THIS IS FROM THE NEW WORLD AND THE VINTAGE IS UNLIKELY TO MAKE MUCH DIFFERENCE.
