Smells of tinned strawberries in syrup and cooked apple. However, nice balance in the mouth. Just off dry, but has enough of everything to be a pleasant mouthful and not seem sweet. Had it with roast chicken on Sunday and it was perfect. Really a very nice wine. Good packaging, looks appealing and the bottle seemed empty too quickly.
