5% Semillon. 5% of the Sauvignon was briefly matured in older French oak for 2 months. The Semillon was matured in 2nd fill barrels for 2 months. Savoury, slightly oaky smell, but not at all overpowering. Full taste and not particularly oaky. Chewy finish, though. A good dinner party wine apart from the blue top.
