G, this wine also exhibits the kind of deterioration from poor cellaring. My understanding, Bob C talks about properly cellared Astrolabe wines, and my own experience, proves that NZ sauvignon blanc can keep well at 8C.
A stong boxwood note, sounds as if this wine is aging rather fast. Who supplied these expensive SBs ? We need to know.
