Reduced price - surprisingly good for £4, smooth and a little oily, with dry spicy fruit. A little too much sugar left but that somehow seemed appropriate for these winter temperatures.

I believe Concha y Toro are behind this label.

The red cab blend (2010), which has been a decent plonk to wash down a bowl of chili in previous years, was flavoursome but too jammy.
