The alcohol spoiled the 2010 but this is sublime. Pungent lychee with a very subtle hint of dried peach. For me this is perfect Alsace gewurz.

Go on....buy something exotic, wonderful and very different.

The Co-op are certainly worth watching.

Also, went to Aldi yesterday - report coming up soon. Some good wines and the prices were stunning.

Finally...9th store had it. Same branch that had the SC Block 8 (Friar's).
All the way out west to the Côte d'Effluence.

Strange lump of something preventing access to the wine. Found a twisty coiled bit of metal with a handle in a drawer which got it out. It, and the bottle had a massive aroma.
A little medicinal hit at warmer temp, not awful, but I would prefer it not to be there. Disappears when colder leaving a typical but quite intense Gew. Lasted well into day two but not really into day three (although still drinkable).
Very nice indeed when colder but everyday? Good griiiiiiiiiiiiiiiief. Need to keep the MSB and have one of these right place, right time.
