100% Chardonnay from 3 vineyard sites (40% from Luján de Cuyo and 60% from Tupungato) planted on sandy loam with varying
percentages of round rocks, calcareous deposits and clay. The grapes were harvested by hand with a yield of 2.5 - 3.0tons/ha.
Fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels and matured in barrel with bâtonnage. Winemaker
Alejandro Vigil. Alc 13.5%, pH 3.21, RS 5.8g/l. Waitrose Wine Direct and 252 branches.

Very sweet and rich nose. Heavy. Sweet, rich taste and is rater like beer. Very malty and beery. Not a good thing,
