Received this in Dec '09 and took Dunc's advice to leave it a while. Tried at different temps over 2 days. Nicotine golden colour with nice legs. Can't find any of the almonds, minerality, lemon etc. mentioned elsewhere.
Oaky, cloying, couldn't face a fourth glass. Off to the fish(es).

Sorry about that Ba, normally Jadot's Pouilly Fuisse is a good'sh example of this fuller style. Too oaky for you - yeak Ok, I can understand that. This wine has more body than most of the white burgundies from the southern Chalonnaise area, so it may be cloying for you as well. I don't think keeping the wine any longer for you, would've helped, yet in some years they develop nicely. Of the '07's I've had, certainly these chardonnays can be a bit soft, and thinking about it - not for you.

At least it was a gift.
