A year on with this, and I'm confused. I have tried 6 or so Gavis recently (including 1 GdG) and the vaiation is incredible.
Two went down the phenolicking sink. One just about OK and the big Boys tying for 2nd place. The TtD and TF are both good and I would buy more.
This is the other end of the spectrum having the combination of a floral start with a very drying finish. If it said Albarino on the label, I'd believe it.

Most Albarinos are girly right to the abrupt end. I just might buy one more, if it had something that lingered.

That Gavi is clearly a tad better :wink:

Sorry, who or which wines, are the Gavi Big Boys ?

Sorry, a bit ambiguous. Meant the big boy suppliers, not Gavis. TtD and TF.
