Serge Laporte makes great Sancerre and we always have it at our favourite Chinese restaurant.

This is a different wine though to his usual and is very intense and minerally.

Blackcurrent with plenty of chalk on the finish....

Wonderful stuff !

£7 at the moment...do try it Mel and tell me how you think it compares to the Sancerres you tried at the wine tasting
