At last, proper jobby. The first nose is a little "hospital" but it's not in the taste. Mouth-polishingly dry at the end but allsorts of complexity that is beyond my ability to describe. Somewhere between what I expect of Chablis and the Pessac-Leo that I had recently. Food? Free-range cold chicken or turkey steaks, and perhaps later with some cheese/apple/grapes
