Burnt caramel aroma. Oaky and with quite a lot of texture. Quite sweet. Not quite my thing, but good of its type.

As above.
Butterscotch and tinned pineapple & banana
doesn't sound a nice combo and as mel says, it's pretty sweet.
I used to like this a lot but my tastes have developed a bit and now I look for a bit more class in a glass.

Shez, you are arriving at the point where finesse and elegance far far out weigh all this intense and concentrated nonsense. And for one so young

One day, we should share a Puligny or a Chambole.

I'm a year older today, and so the panel tasting tonight will be Meursault. Will report back. Quite often Meursault is an integrated version of a New World chardonnay - don't quote me.

Happy birthday Mel !
Have a good un

I have an 03 LJ Meursault I've been looking to open for aged but don't have anyone who overly enjoys Chardonnay and find it a bit wrong to be quaffing this mid week on my own.
think it needs drinking sooner rather than later though

instead of typing [url ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xg3ybQA52xc[ /url]

type:

[ url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xg3ybQA52xc]title you want to give your link[ /url]

(both minus the spaces I've included to show you the script)
