Gorgeous...identical to the gold medal winning 2006.

Light bodied yet pungent blackcurrent leaf flavour with an ever so slightly grainy texture which suggests a touch of oak. ( Tasting notes say no oak )

Lovely wine.

Also at Morrisons and Tesco ( £ 8.19 )

Saw good reports on this in several places, and so grabbed one at £6.09 recently.
This is '08 and I can't believe it's the same animal. Smells and tasted like a wet cat. Would never recognise it as SB without the label. Awful.

Of the '07 slightly grainy texture which suggests It would be a very suitable candidate to accompany a Starter.

Even when the 2008 was fresh it was as tasteless a MSB as I ever did taste. I did give a clue the other day when I said I left Sainsbury empty handed after seeing that they only had this vintage in stock.

You've no sense.

And stop licking cats.....you'll get a fur ball.
