Wither Hills' guy, Wairau V. and it shows. Heavier type of SB, ferns, nettles, dead tomato stems with a hint of petrol. Quite good, but at this price a bargain.
To me, the description of this one from Ba, soounds as if it may benefit from 3 months or so in a cool rack. The petrol could integrate a little more. With those notes Ba, and a fiver, it is quite a good'un for those who want a little more body.
Crushed tomatoe stems are more asparagus like than pungent: dead ones have liitle fragrance at all when the leaves have dropped off, but the vine callix has a good niff at the junction where the fruit is 'prized' off
