Handpicked grapes. Carbonic maceration followed by 8-10 day maceration. The liquid is then drained from the tank. The ‘dry’ grapes are then left to stand for 4-6 hours before the liquid is then added back from the top of the tank to maximise the contact between grapes and liquid. The wine is aged 100% in stainless steel.
12.5%vol

Very little smell. Bone dry and one dimensional. Very light indeed.
