37 counties have been playing bridge over the w/e at Hinckley in the Teams-of-Eight qualifier for the national championship. Amongst the 8 to qualify were Berks & Bucks, Gloucester, and E.Wales. Mddx made it but Kent didn't...my lot and Staffs & Shrops had a bad w/e.

Ba, We, the royal we here, haven't played dinner party Bridge for years, so claiming any allegance would be absurd, however, it is noted that Glos, Berks and Cardiff (East Wales) did the job 8)
