I have a range of possibilities for today. Pressure wash the yew berries off the Alfa, so I can take a photo of it to sell. Tidy the kitchen. Make lunch for a friend who'll be here in an hour. Put some washing on. Make a list of things that need doing in the next fortnight. Type a tasting sheet for tonight's Bordeaux Rouge tasting. Read Bacchus's stories.

No contest.

Earlier, I found the complete first series of Primevil on DVD in Morrisons for £3.99, my 8yo daughter absolutely loves this programme but we often felt it was too 'scary' for her and didn’t allow her to watch it (other than the odd episode with me when mom wasn’t around  ).

I shall wrap it and give it to her for X-mas, she will be thrilled.

The two stories are date-related as well as wine-related. They will appear just b4 crissy and just b4 ny. You must salivate in anticipation until the appointed hour(s).
Lovely to have you back Mel, keep well.

I've had a great morning. Smiling muscles needed oiling.

Thank you.

My 4yr daught likes this too (does this make me a bad dad ??). Anything to do with dinosaurs and monsters she likes for some reason.
Of course I let her only watch stuff within reason (nothing gory) but so far so good: we haven't had any nightmares up to now...

You lucky people. This was a part of my never-to-be-finished autobiography. 'Twas getting out of hand but has now (with a little pro help) turned into 6 little sagas. The overall title is "Cherchez la Femme" (CLF) and they will appear over the next six Tuesdays. Enjoy.

Excellent. Can't wait. Tuesday is normally such a dull day.
