Dry, orange blossom and chalk. A style that is popular with Robert Parker. ( 90 ) But it's not for me. I want gooseberry and chalk/acorn.

Oily texture doesn't help.

The £8m I've spent on these wines has taught me to stick to English ales and VM WR with the odd bottle of Cloudy Bay Pelorus.
