M&S £11

A Christmas Gift. Possibly the lightest NZ PN I've had, restrained and balanced, bright cherry and tobacco, and just a whiff of oak.

More please.

I looked it up - Nigel Fraser is responsible for the Kaituna wine making style and was employed to make the Letter T series, the "Terraces" for Brancott in 2007.

From the move, he may have gone independant. This guy knows what to do with NW PN fruit obviously; from what you say GK, Mr Fraser is following a path that will win him respect, and pleasure from wine lovers...... in the end.

The blockbuster style though, yeah, for all grape varieties ! Is still a big favourite with marketing men, given general public trends and buying habits in many parts of the world.

Gk,
FYI this is currently £53 for 6 bottles at M&S online
Sadly the 25% off 2 cases offer finished yesterday but you can still get an addition 10% off 2 cases at the moment in case you fancy sticking up for Christmas
