No, just the Hopping Hare. I once bought a mixed case of Welsh ales from a food fayre and kept one of each to try and gave most away. One of them was identical to the Hopping Hare but the brewery went bust and I eventually gave up looking for something similar but, fortunately, one of the people I gave the beers to stumbled across the Hopping Hare in Waitrose and told me to try it.

It's wonderful. More like a very aromatic lager than a beery beer.

I received some funny looks in Aldi last week.

They sold a lager over Christmas which I found delicious, Arcobrau Winterbier, I noticed they had reduced the very agreeable price of £1.59 a bottle down to £0.99p to clear. You could hear me half a mile away as I rattled through the checkout and on to my car pushing a trolley loaded with 37 loose bottles. Cheers!

Next time I'll take the wife with me.

G, have you tried the other Badger ales?

Their "thing" is to add something to their beers (generally) to give interesting aromas and flavours

Golden Champion - Elderflower
Golden Glory - Peach
Blandford Flyer - Ginger
Poacher's Choice - Liquorice and Damson

They judge the amount pretty well. It's just a hint, not overpowering.
I like them all.

Blimey. A beer that tastes of gewurz AND a beer that tastes of Sancerre. Shall try it out. Not sure I fancy the others but will probably give them all a go.

The Golden Champion is nice indeed but the Hopping Hare has it by a short hair.

Tribs....what is the Hopping Hare supposed to taste of. The Golden Glory has far too strong a peach flavour.
