Pay attention folks because I’m about to tell you about a deeply delicious Pinot Grigio I have discovered. That’s correct, Pinot Grigio.

However this PG didn’t find its way to our shores via a sea of dreary Italian bulk shipments, this little beauty hails from the foot of the Andes and includes a splash of Chardonnay & Chenin. I think you will all be surprised at just how good this is, I was and have now taken a second case.

As you would expect, I have minimised the cost, it is currently on offer and you can also own this little cracker for the lowly sum of £3.45 a bottle including delivery.

Treat yourself before Goose clears the shelf.

Link.

This is a belated April Fools gag.

Pinot Grigio is the devil's urine.

Be off.

New World Pinot Grigio will do to SB what SB did to Chardonnay.

You'll see.

Now stop this.

I have had two new world pinot grigios. Villa Maria Private Bin pinot gris. This was rich and sweet and quite Alsace. The problem with Alsace style pinot gris is that Alsace does gewurz so much better than it does pinot gris so why bother with pinot gris.

The other was Yalumba Y pinot grigio. This tasted dry with hot alcohol and a bitter almond aftertaste. It was my most unpleasant alcohol experiance since a Bristol City fan threw a Heinekin bottle at me at Ashton Gate.

I hope it wasn't you, Ba.

Not a City fan, quite the antithesis.
We Blossom Hill Bolsheviks don't drink Heinekin.
I would have hit you....

Strangely, that's just what I had imagined Goose would look like. Four fingers and all.
