2) Chardonnay - (Cote d'Or 1er cru style)
3) Chardonnay - (Chablis 1er cru style) dscrete oak
1) SB & Semillon (Sauternes cru classe style) *
5) SB (proper Marlborough NZ style)
4) Chenin Blanc (best Vouvray in style) sec & demi
6) Riesling (Petrolly mature Alsace style) sec & demi
7) Chardonnay - (unoaked decent white burgundy style)

But of course, there is mood and occasion - One could not drink one's favourite all of the time. * Just too much richness.
