went to Maj last night and my local are expecting the Vav in around a week or so but didn't have anything on the system in terms of Goldwater making an appearance

did anyone manage to get their hands on the Black Cottage before it went off the shelves?

or even The King's Favour?
I sampled this on the tasting bench a while back but remember it being quite decent

It seems now that with the exception of GW/Vav/Back Cottage 8.99-9.99+ is the average price needed to be paid for a decent MSB
I'm pained to pay the JE price because we used to pick up the superior vintages a few quid cheaper

(quick footnote for Goose, my local Waitrose had some of the SC VC on the shelf, again 9.99 which I would rather not pay)

Yep, a couple being d/d (today as it happens) with some Nautilus and Southbank. Bubbles and Riesling Kab make up the doz.
