Online certainly. In store to be confirmed.

I have ordered a case included several stars from Mel's recent tasting.

Cheers Mel.

I bought18 bottles from a large branch (Salisbury) - guided by Mel's recent tasting notes- they stocked only about half of the bottles I was looking for however.

The Saint Clair is not online or in my local store otherwise I would have given this a go.

Sent as suggested.

I ordered my wines through Waitrose groceries. You don't have to order 12 but the order must come to £50. There's no added delivery charge. I still get 25% off 6 or more. I had to order an extra bottle so that the discount wouldn't bring the order below the £50.

Saint Clair is listed there.

I have asked for no replacements. I don't want Villa Maria Private Tat or Waitrose Sancerre 1996.

Well, you learn something new every day, as they say.

I can't find it there either though.

I couldnt see it either.
When I spoke to the Ibbotsons at the Decanter NW tasting in May they seemed to think that Waitrose wouldn't be selling it until Aug....

interesting to see whether Goose gets some
I seem to recall it being reasonably good tho not sure I'd choose it over others on offer when at its rrp of 9.99

Ha ha...they never sent any. I got the Sancerre and 3 rose'. No 25% but no delivery fee even though the order was less than £50.

August it is then.

Bugger !

Anybody got any Goldwater left. Is it improving or fading ?

Sadly I missed out on the Goldwater
I will however be hoping to try the Black Cottage 2010 tomorrow.
Will try it alongside either Vav 10 or (more likely) Southbank 10 to have some comparison

See here for latest on the Goldwater. Definitely improving. Strangely, it seems more concentrated now.

Might actually prefer it to PB19 2010

Err....excuse me. SC PB 19 is god of all sauvignon. Apart from SC PB 06 2009.

The Goldwater wasn't quite right when I tried it but wasn't far away either. I will order all I can when it reappears.

If it does.
