This program is forthwith to be called "Saturday Fish Fry" (apologies to Georgie Fame), due to the huge percentage of sea-food in the last few months. One episode had 6 or 7 such dishes.

When I get my invite I shall give my second favourite as "hell" as if I told the truth and got it, I wouldn't touch it

One of the wines chosen was a Chardonnay from the 1500 ft high site in the Lang'c of G.Bertrand. It had pretentions of being an oaked Cote d'Or.

Domaine l'Aigle Limoux '08 - £7.99 (buy 2 Maj)
