An old article, worth reading again though, thanks.

This image is still valid.

No "G" in either of those. Looks like GK has unmasked the "GK".

If you give up

Foul, get the referee here please. Protest.

California is North West, NNW on the compass rose from ZA, and across the equator.

Not Spain Not SA, one word with a "G" in it and the last letter "K". Never seen it in UK but a well known producer.

Its funny, my search took me past GlucK also. There is a lot of creative writing in that article. I'm sure the best winemakers can do wonders with naff fruit, but quality ingredients are vital in making a good wine and the climate, growing medium and the quality of the vine all play a part in that.

Can you imagine ...

"Mel, now you are a Master of Wine, its time you learnt the truth... One of the ingredients of wine is indeed cat litter and Blossom Hill can make wine that is actually just as good as Chateau Margaux. The wine industry will collapse if we don not ensure the perceived myths are perpetuated. I am sure we will be able to count on you... By the way we have some land available that will soon be encapsulated into the AC area in Champagne. You would be wise to buy a few acres."
