Not hiding. Not intentially anyway.

Have lost nealy a stone due to lots of walking though and less drinking.

More quality less quantity.

No beers, potatoes or bread at all for two months. Down to a trim 13st.

Last year was a write off due to illness and constant hospital visits. All worthwhile in the end though.

So lots of hols this year to make up although the weather is so good here I could just as happily stay at home.

Lots of different holiday tastes hence the odd array of places to visit. The N Wales pub and castle crawls were my choice. That was back in early April.

Jumping around in my neighbours pool yesterday, I noticed I could do with loosing a few pounds.

Out for a jog tonight.
