Redirection is the problem. The bit that's broken is the thingy they use to access our account so that they can point it in a different direction.

Simon works on his server remotely, it's a 30 second job to type in the re-direction instruction and test. That lot (appear to be) are all admin and office chiefs and dumb clucks in the engine room !

Virgin were total rubbish for months - The final "I've had enough of this crap" worked - probably a coincidence somewhere.
