Is that Tom Petty then, the blonde?

This one drags a bit. As a person will little musical knowledge and a history of liking a narrow range of music, can I say that the "base line" - bound to be the wrong phrase - is too plodding.

You can say what you like, in your own back yard.....

That's right, foot stomping - standing one's ground, a bit like Goose, when he doesn't want any compost relish in his feeder cup !

I meant, is it a viable phrase or is it like saying Gamay tastes like spag bol, or MSB like mayonnaise.

Spot on Mel.

Ringo's spiritual home as a rocker, anyone owning up to being a vespa boy Mod around here ?

You pretending ? No, Ok..... The phrase....

It twas the "Beat" with Buddy and Roy, and then a decade later, when the valve amps came to Nashville and Orlando with 12 bar blues, and then, across the pond to Eel Pie Island near Richmond, the driving "base line" was, and still is the precise term for nailing down the beat.

Mel, you were up at ssssprarrows this morn ? And now we're talking blues and traditional rock n' roll after breakfast

Have a good day, no sun this morning. Work, customer here at 10:30 sharp.

Beautiful day in Stroud. Sunny, with a light breeze. Have dressed for summer. Might be a mistake.
