A friend of mine called earlier today, and want to track down the above wine in Tesco Stores.

In Reading and Startford on Avon and Banbury, the stores have run out.

The wine is on offer until 6th January at a snip for £4.99. He wants the wine for a 60th celebration but needs an extra 24 bottles.

Has anyone seen this wine in their local Extra store ?

If so please let me know on this page, and with the store location, and we'll try to reserve it, and have it shipped to Stratford on Avon - will this transaction work ? Is another question entirely.

Have you seen this wine in Tesco ?? Thanks for looking :)

We drank this last night, well, my wife did and I had a glass. It was not bad at all, quite clean and fresh with pear being the dominant flavour. The finish was a bit on the brisk side. Worth a fiver I'd say.

Store? Lichfield, Staffs. No point calling them, they have just closed for refurbishment, they plan to knock down the existing store and the Focus store which recently closed and open a Tesco Extra.

Good luck.

I'm only a year late...sorry. On offer again and seem to be plenty in the Bristol stores. Was behind a lady at checkout who had 8 or 10. She said it was marvellous so I ran back to get one. Have a bit of a sore throat today so went for it. Very good for just over a fiver. Light in colour and taste though someone had slipped a sliver of vanilla pod in it. Would have preferred a leaf of lemon grass but after all the proscecco slings and arrows it is a pleasant surprise.

Strange you know her birthday, or did you look it up.

Watch-wearing, child-eating, royalist?

Sometimes, I just don't pay attention.

Prosecco, yes? Typo?

Ba, a year out of time :!: UR on current release. Folks who prosecute Preseco, when the slings are chucked, and arrows are aimed at this fizz..... IS ...... when it's all dried out and puckering.

DYA is my message - do not keep
