Just back from taking the girls swimming
have a Friends bday do in town tonight

Both with involve driving duty so nothing is going to be opened in Chez Shez this weekend unfortunely.

Duncan, looks like you will probably beat me to first tasting of the berridge drystone.

Shez,

Had to go off and get Eagle F1's for my pocket rocket this morning- No, - I did'nt ever admit to being a once in a while .........

Last night settled for a 2003 HM Cru bourgoise - lush. When I finally got unchained it was 19:55 so Maj just about to bolt the door.

Still on Fireside claret, and have to go off to Purbeck tomorrow. You may get there first with the 2004 Berridge Drystone....we say our * prayers.

Damn, loads of business piling-up, and must be done here. I'm still in harness for another week till midnight on Sunday 31st.
At the very least we shall * know how mature CO pans-out.

Just got back form the plot, got quite a bit of prep work done.

Plan to potter in my greenhouse this afternoon and listen to the wolves v palace game. We had roast duck last night, the rest of the meat is going into a stir-fry tonight.

I opened another decent '07 Rhone last night, Nathalie Estribeau Côtes du Rhône Reserve, I think I got this from Co-op before x-mas, reduced to £5~6 from £10. Wish I had got more, it has a lovely silky dryness to it, good ripe tannins, subtle sweet fruit, dry and solid, just a little short on the finish. Some purple in colour but I dont think its too young, good for drinking now. Nice bottle too.

A long finish for just over a Fiver - you want the earth

Wish I'd scored more '07 Crozes when disco was dangling at Crimble

Going off topic
Good choice of tyre.
MHad to get some f1 asymetrics for the fronts last summer so far no complaints. Rears didn't need replacing which is a little odd for 4wd.

Do tell what the pocket rocket is...

No sign of Goose after winning with 2 goals in time-added. Probably on his third bottle and eating oak chips.

The last pair of fronts for mine cost me £49 all-in with a free cup of coffee. Ha!

At 2-2 I just wanted someone to score. Bristol in the snow is one thing but Leicester away in mid week, early February. ~ gooseberry tears ~

That's bleedin' long haul and bleedin' hard work that is. One of the old boys suggested flying there and back.

Does Leicester even have an airport ?

JE 09 is off the radar after Bob's note.

I need a star sb for 2009. Springfield Special Cuvee from Robertson SA is well ahead of the Kiwi's so far.

The Saint Clair's are hiding from me.
