| 100% Chardonnay from some of the best vineyards in the Mâcon Villages of southern Burgundy.  Pneumatic press, racking of the must, fermentation at 18°C in stainless tank and after malolactic fermentation.  Aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.  Winemaker ~ Georges Brichon at Blasons.							Clean, green unoaked Chardonnay.  A little spicy in the mouth.  Feels like warm alcohol but is apparently only 12.5%.  I find it unbalanced.
