Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 20%, Cabernet Franc 15% and Petit Verdot 5%.

Viticulture/Vinification: Average age of vines is 35 years old. The vines are grown on gentle slopes with deep gravely soils. Yields are controlled from early on in the year with adapted pruning and close canopy management systems. The grapes are sorted firstly in the vineyards and then in the winery. Grapes are selected according to the where they are grown in the vineyards and vinified in small wood and cement vats to obtain a selection of parcels. The wines spend 12 months in French oak barrels.
Beautiful smell. Warm vanilla, spicy oak, blackcurrant and a hint of green pepper. Lovely. Spicy, with baked fruit and warmth, but not heat. Refreshing acidity and clean spicy finish. Good. 13%
