Grape variety:100% Bacchus.

Region: Lamberhurst, Kent.

Viticulture/Vinification: The start of the harvest was delayed due to cooler than average weather conditions. Clay soils. Grapes are fermented between 10-15ºC in stainless steel with no lees contact. Racked, sterile filtered and cold stabilised by the contact process below 0ºC, before bottling. This wine is unoaked.

Availability: May - 200 stores.

Very catty and ripely fruity. Dry, pithy and with a catty finish. Disappointing pear drop flavour.
