It's a bit tart but the flavour is awesome !

And there's no harshness whatsoever.

A wine made only from free run juice I think. No stalks, pips, grape skins or caterpillers.

No offence to the caterpillers

I'm loving this.......tartier than the tartiest of tarts but I love it.

Tomato leaf and the last two have a slight mineral aftertaste. The wine is developing beautifully.
