Frappato, Nerello and Nero d’Avola grapes from coastal vineyards between the twin ports of Marsala and Trapani where warm days and cool nights give rise to ripe but balanced fruit. Fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel. No wood ageing in order to maximise fruit character.

Dark, baked cherry smell. Very juicy and mouth-watering. Simple, but pleasant.
